I just wanted to report on my success with the "Games Fit and Slim People Play" book. Most of my life I have struggled with overeating and and the extra pounds that go with it. Last summer I got up to 185 pounds which is about 25 pounds too heavy for me. I was doing a lot of "psycho eating" as Michael calls it. I had read the book, had uncovered a lot of the frames about food I was using and decided to use the Mind to Muscle pattern once a day while driving to work to install a new frame that said I only eat when I am truly hungry. To make a long story short I am now thirty pounds lighter and psycho eating is a thing of the past for me.

What is even more satisfying than the weight loss for me is how effortless it has become for me to no longer overeat. The first few weeks I had to remind myself several times each day that I was building a new frame that I only eat when I am truly hungry and that I no longer eat for comfort, stress reduction, etc. Now the thought of overeating never occurs to me, I just automatically stop eating when I am full. Last summer I had a constant craving for ice cream, now I have absolutley no desire for ice cream or any other junk food for that matter.

Thanks Michael for writing this great book!
