Last week it was the Coaching Bootcamp of "Coaching Mastery" in Mexico and next week it will be the same in Grand Junction Colorado. I wouldn't mention this except we had 1 more sign up for it yesterday and 2 more signed up for Coaching Genius (APG) today.
Later this year, Coaching Mastery will be in New Zealand (Sept.) and then in South Africa (Oct.).
Third Generation of Meta-Coaches in Mexico
Sunday, June 22 we held the Graduation Ceremony for 40 new Meta-Coaches here in Mexico City. Approximately 50 percent of them will be Executive Coaches and the others will be Life, Business, Health, Relationship, etc. Coaches. And there were a few who came to expand their skills as managers and directors of their own businesses.
With this training we had 12 Team Leaders which meant we almost had 1 Team Leader for every 3 participants and 10 of them were here for the second time and 7 for the third time. What that means is that we have here in this group of Team Leaders the very best Team of Group and Team Meta-Coaches anywhere. And they are planning to return as the faculty of Team Leaders next year for the fourth generation. And this puts fleshes out the theme in Neuro-Semantics of working as team players - and that we can accomplish so much more together than apart.
Between the beginning of the Meta-Coach Bootcamp the groups had four weeks to work on their Benchmarking Projects. We required that the groups meet once; but they didn't. They met weekly; they met for 8 hours, they met for 20 hours! And as a result- all of the 7 teams of this training produced the best benchmarks ever. I was hoping to pull the benchmarks apart, but they made it really hard to do that!
Since the beginning in Nov. 2002, this was the 20th Meta-Coach Training - 3 more to occur this year. And with this one, we will be introducing several new changes to make the training even more experiential, more focused, and more dynamic. This was the first training that I got to share the Facilitation Model to both the Team Leaders and to the participants. And given that coaching is facilitating resources for the client's outcomes, knowing what processes to facilitate and how to facilitate lies at the heart of coaching. So all of these new changes will be detailed in later emails. This is the great thing of having a great Assist Team, Expert Coaches, and Co-Trainers- with such meeting of minds, the Meta-Coach Training System keeps evolving.
A big thanks to José Merino of Reencuadre and to Omar Salom of Salom Change Dynamics and to all of the staff at the two sponsoring companies: Marisa, Tanya, and Emilia. Soon we will be getting the names and details of all the new coaches on the website and added to the exclusive Meta-Coach's Egroup.
