Good afternoon all,

Please be advised, that beginning on/about Friday,October 25, 2019, the NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC) willcontinue Pedestrian Ramp operations within community boards 7, 9 and 10 inManhattan.  

 This is a multi-location project dedicated torehabilitating and upgrading pedestrian ramps to meet ADA Specifications. The duration of the entire construction is anticipated to last until Fall2020.  Work operations along each individual ramp are expected to takeapproximately one-to-two weeks to complete. Temporary sidewalk closures andrestrictions to curbside parking will be in effect during operations. Theweekly Construction Bulletin will state the specific locations that will beimpacted from week to week.  In addition, sidewalk closure/Noparking advisories will be provided.

   - All major operations include the use of heavy construction machinery, jack-hammering, saw-cutting, etc.***    

   - Please observe and adhere to all postage signage within construction areas.   

   - This is a fast-paced work operation, one to two week is (estimated) at each intersection. 
   - Due to unforeseen conditions (weather, field conditions, etc.) it may become necessary to change some scheduled work locations and operations. 
   - locations may be added or removed as work progresses.
