Cuomo is behind a $7.6 billion bailout of three upstate nuclear power plants.

Cuomo is forcing New York ratepayers – families, schools, hospitals, and local businesses – to pay for aging nuclear reactors owned by Exelon Corporation, a Chicago-based Fortune 100 company.
