There's a special election TOMORROW, TUESDAY, in the 30th NYS Senatorial
District. If you live in that district - if Bill Perkins WAS your Senator -
please remember to go to the polls tomorrow, and vote for Brian Benjamin,
the Democratic candidate.

Brian will fight hard to break the power of Albany Republicans who block
progressive legislation, and he’ll work to defeat the infamous, renegade
IDC – the “Independent Democratic Conference” Senators who were elected as
Democrats but nonetheless vote with Republicans across the aisle in
exchange for pockets full of personal perks. When Democrats are in charge,
we can focus on the issues that matter, like strengthening rent laws, fully
protecting a woman’s right to choose under New York State Law, and ending
the discriminatory practice of co-location of charter schools.

Congressman Jerry Nadler, City Comptroller Scott Stringer, Manhattan
Borough President Gale Brewer, Assemblymembers Linda B. Rosenthal and
Richard Gottfried, Councilmember Mark Levine and many other elected
officials who champion the issues that impact the Upper West Side
wholeheartedly support Brian’s candidacy. He’s been endorsed by Community
Free Democrats, Three Parks Democrats, Broadway Democrats and their
District Leaders.
