Update on QCrypt 2025 Dates

Dear Colleagues,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inform you that in order to avoid a scheduling conflict
with the major IACR conference Crypto <https://crypto.iacr.org/2025/>,
QCrypt 2025 has been shifted one week later. The new dates are:

*QCrypt 2025: August 25–29, 2025*
Location: Sanya City, Hainan, China

For now, these updated dates are referenced on the QCrypt 2024 website
<https://2024.qcrypt.net/2025/#qcrypt-2025> until the QCrypt 2025 website
goes live.

We hope this adjustment accommodates the needs of the QCrypt community and
allows for better participation across events.
