Dear Colleagues,

1. Submission deadlines

This is a kind reminder that the submission deadline for talks 
is April 27. 

For poster submission, the deadline is June 29. Nevertheless, 
for those who are aiming for poster presentation and need some time
to apply for visa and get things settled, we provide an option 
of early poster submission. For posters submitted BEFORE April 27, 
we will send the notification of acceptance (or rejection) by June 22.

Important dates related to submissions for QCrypt 2015:

Submission of talks deadline: April 27
Notification of acceptance for talks: June 22
Notification of acceptance for early poster submissions: June 22
Submission of posters deadline: June 29
Notification of acceptance for posters: July 13


QCrypt 2015 will be a 4.5 day conference including oral sessions 
with invited, tutorial, and contributed talks, poster session, 
industrial panel discussion, and public lecture. 
The scope of the conference includes theoretical and experimental research 
on the possibilities and limitations of secure communication and computation

with quantum mechanical devices or in the presence of quantum mechanical 
devices (the conference includes but is not limited to research on 
quantum key distribution (QKD)).

UQCC 2015:
In September 28th morning, we plan to have another half-day conference, 
Updating Quantum Cryptography and Communications 2015 (UQCC 2015) 
at the same place as QCrypt 2015. The participants will be able to 
witness the state-of-the-art of the QKD network operating in Tokyo 
metropolitan area (Tokyo QKD Network) and its possible business solutions. 
The participant of QCrypt 2015 will be automatically registered as 
a participant of UQCC 2015.
