NLP Master Practitioner Training

Focus: Modeling Human Experiences

August 12- 25, 2018 - Manila, The Philippines

The last time I trained the NLP Master Practitioner course was in 2002 both
in Sydney Australia and San Diego California.  That was 15 years ago.  Since
then Neuro-Semantic NLP Trainers have taken over and been training it.  Over
the years I've been asked repeatedly to do it again, but until now I have
always turned it down.  Yet now there are some reasons to do it one more
time.

So in August 2018, I will be conducting the NLP Master Practitioner Course
and my intention is to make it my last one.  What is usually scheduled for
15 days will be 12 days because we will not include the three-days of the
Meta-States Model (APG) as part of it.  To attend, one has to complete the
three-days of Introduction to Meta-States in the APG training.  This is
being offered scores and scores of time every year in many countries.  

This NLP Master Practitioner training will be conducted in Manila in the
Philippines- a venue is being selected now for this event . we will announce
that later.

Why now?

.       One reason is that we will be video-recording the full 12 days along
and editing it to create a DVD package for the Master Prac. Course for
Trainers for years to come.  And at the end of each day, I will do an
exclusive 30-minute video on the training of that day.  This is designed to
provide Neuro-Semantic NLP Trainers a resource for training Master Prac.
This will also give us an updated version of the NLP Master Practitioner-
the way we do it in Neuro-Semantics.  In addition, for the Trainers who are
there - there will be a Question-and-Answer times that will address how to
train it, standards, experiences, assist team, assessment, etc.   By design
we are currently limiting this event to 50 participants and 10 team leaders.

The Theme --- Modeling

.       I have decided that the theme of this particular Master Prac. will
be modeling.  That's because, as a Communication Model, NLP provides the
premises, guidelines, and tools for modeling the structure of subjective
experiences.  The design of this is to enable those who train Master Prac.
and those who complete this level of training to be able to engage in the
process of modeling which is what innovates new patterns and models.  To
that we will use the modeling tools inherent in the Meta-States Model and
the Matrix Model.  The intention is to train people in Neuro-Semantics who
can model experiences of excellence and by doing so, innovate new models and
patterns in the coming decades.

Schedule: 

.       We will review NLP Practitioner in terms of modeling on Day 1 as
well as the model of self-reflexive consciousness (the Meta-States Model)
and then move into the Modeling Format using the Neuro-Semantic models for
Days 2-3.  During this time, each team will be given their modeling
projects.  With that as the focused experience in the training, we will move
to the structure of perception using the Meta-Programs Model (Days 4-6),
then the structure of meaning (framing and reframing) with the Mind-Lines
Model (Days 7-9), the structure of state induction and meta-state induction
with Meta-Trance (Days 10-11), and conclude with Model Summary (Day 12).

Other Things that make this one Unique:

.       Our design is to have Master Trainers or those in the Master Trainer
Track as the Team Leaders.  As such they will be responsible for leading,
coaching, and enabling their team to do the modeling projects that are
required for each person.  With groups of 6 persons, each person will be
responsible for modeling excellence in a particular area.  In that way, the
team will walk away with at least 6 models that can be implemented.  For
example, each team member who will asked to model one of the following:
Sales, Entrepreneurship, parenting, persuasion, wealth-creation, creativity,
persistence, discipline.  And why?  In order to help enable more people to
do modeling, to increase the creativity in the field of Neuro-Semantics.

Prerequisites for Attending.  

.       Obviously, you have to have NLP Practitioner Training and APG or
Meta-States Training.  My recommendation- take each of these at least two
times.  To attend there is some required reading: User's Manual of the
Brain, Volumes I and II, and The Spirit of NLP.

What do I know about Modeling?   

.        To answer that question, I have attached a summary of my own
Modeling Projects, now numbering 25 since I began studying NLP.  Obviously
for Neuro-Semantics to continue producing lots of creative models, patterns,
and solutions . we need more people modeling and delving into the structure
of experiences.  My intention is to use this Master Practitioner to do
precisely that.  Interested?
