The Conference for Unleashing Human Potentials
	Is scheduled for Hong Kong --- June 26 and 27, 2015


Pre- and Post- Conference Workshops:
Originally we had planned to do a Pre-Conference Workshop on Cognitive
Distortions and a Post-Conference Workshop on Transformational Coaching.
But as with so many things--- things have changed and we are now going to do
the following:
	
	Pre-Conference Workshop:  3 days of Training in Group & Team
Coaching: June 23-25, 2015
	Post-Conference Workshop: 4 days of Group & Team Coaching
Assessment: June 28, 29, 30 and July 1.
		The Neuro-Semantic Conference: June 26, 27, 2015.


Training in Group & Team Coaching
The first 3 days replicates the basic Training that I have done for the past
two years in many countries.  This covers much of the content that's in the
book, Group and Team Coaching.   It covers the development of groups through
the various stages.  This includes meeting the needs of individual group
members, working with their Self and Other drives.  It also involves
identifying and working with Group Dynamics and especially how groups have
to embrace differences and positively conflict. 

The first 3 days training covers Group and Team Skills and 14 experiences
where everyone gets to coach a group for a specific purpose.   The first
three days will give you a thorough understanding and experience in working
with groups. 

Assessment for GTMC 
The second section of 4 days uses the training of the first three days in
order to assess a coach's skills in working with a group.   We do this in
front of everyone as we put the group on stage.   A specific scenario is
given to the group and the coach's job is to work with the group to achieve
a specific outcome.  These 45-minute sessions then provides a psycho-drama
context for the assessment of the benchmarked skills.  During and
afterwards, there is an in-depth debriefing to understand the processes and
structures.   Those who pass the benchmarks for competency receives the
Certificate of a Licensed Group & Team Meta-Coach credentials--- GTMC.!

The benchmarks are the 7 core competencies of Meta-Coaching along with
additional skills for GTMC--- Framing, Group Leadership, Group Functioning,
Group Closure.  The core coaching skills are benchmarked with regard to a
Group --- group listening, group supporting, group questioning, etc.

The fabulous part of the Benchmarking of Group & Team Coaching is that
because we do not have a "real" client (e.g., group) but a simulation of a
real group situation --- the experience on stage is a form of psycho-drama.
Here is 6 people who make up a group, maybe an executive board, group of
senior managers, groups of employees, etc. and they have this or that
opportunity or problem to a goal.  Amazingly, it only takes a few minutes
and the people "playing" the parts drop the frame and step into the
experience so much that they have real feelings and responses to the
situation.

Who Can and Who Should Attend?
*	1) 3-Day Training is open to all.  You do not even have to be a
Coach, we often have managers, leaders, HR professionals, and others attend.
*	2) 4-Day Assessment is open for all to attend ... most people, in
fact, will not be setting for Assessment.  Those setting for assessment have
to have ACMC credentials and so have graduated from Coaching Mastery.  


We have just completed our first Group & Team Certification Training in
Guangzhou China with a small group of 24.  We used them for our psycho-drama
groups  on stage, and I don't know who had more fun--- the participants in
the "show" or the audience watching it all!   Whichever it is, we did have a
lot of fun.
