Foundation  invites you to attend a Meta Coach Foundation Chapter  
meeting in your Region.   Come and find out more about Meta Coaching,  
observe and experience it in action and be introduced to the models of

What is the Meta Coach Foundation? :  www.metacoachfoundation.org

The Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) was founded in 2002 by Master Coach  
Michelle Duval and Researcher, Trainer, Developer and Visionary leader  
of Neuro Semantics Dr L Michael Hall with the explicit purpose of  
providing leading-edge resources in the field of Coaching and to both  
contribute and lead out in moving the field forward and toward a  
Profession.

The MCF, as an international Association, holds the ethical and moral  
standards for Meta-Coaches around the world and at the present is the  
only Association with a board of examiners to receive complaints and  
work them through.  As an International Association, members of the  
MCF are supported by an exclusive egroup and by local MCF chapters  
where members can practice, share resources, engage in professional  
development, and network with Coaches from other coach training  
organisations. The MCF also supports research in Meta-Coaching models  
and technologies to provide credibility.

What can you expect at the MCF Chapters?

The focus and intention for the MCF Chapters- Groups Practice sessions  
are for Meta -Coaches to practice and to further develop their  
coaching and presentation skills, to be able to receive and give  
feedback and to gain more depth in their understanding and application  
of the MC Models. The sessions have 2 areas of focus  1) Training/ 
presentation  - which  introduces and discusses one of the Meta  
Coaching Models and a Meta programs per session  2) Meta Coaching  
Sessions  - these are structured in triads  (3 people and 3 roles)   
the roles are 1) Meta Coach  2) Client/Coachee and 3) Benchmarker.   
For Meta Coaches these sessions count towards their ( CER )Continued  
Education Requirements which are a prerequisite for maintaining their  
Meta Coach License and keeping it current.

What you will gain by attending the MCF Chapter Sessions

In the training/presentations of the Models, you will be introduced  
and learn about the models of The Meta Coaching System®.  Then in the  
coaching sessions you can choose to participate in the  following two  
roles 1) Client/Coachee here you will get to experience Meta Coaching  
first hand or  2) you can be an observer of the triad, where you will  
be exposed to the Meta Coaching process of coaching, observe a Meta  
Coach in action and how the benchmarker offers feedback to the Coach  
on the session using the benchmarks of 7 Core Skills.
