Re. Neuro-Semantic NLP Trainers' Training

Every year - somewhere in the world- we offer a training for trainers. We
call it NSTT- Neuro-Semantic Trainers' Training. This is the official
training to become licensed to train and certify NLP Prac., Master Prac.,
APG, and dozens of other Neuro-Semantic "gateway" trainings. It is also a
training for leadership in this community.

NSTT has been an evolving training over the years precisely because
Neuro-Semantics itself has been evolving. First our intent was to add and
enrich the NLP model, then we began wanting to take NLP to the next level of
quality, professionalism, and living out the values that we have made part
and parcel of the Neuro-Semantic Vision. At the same time we wanted to be
sure not to make the same mistakes that now plague the field of NLP. Then
in 2004 we began applying some of the newer Neuro-Semantic models to the
training of trainers and leaders with the result that we began benchmarking
the skills of presentation and training. This has given us something very
unique in the field of NLP- a measurable and precise testing for competency.
No other trainers' training in NLP can claim that.

Trainers' Training essentially involves four areas of expertise:

1) Platform Skills:

These are the skills of standing before an audience and effectively speaking
and influencing the minds and hearts of those who are present. This
includes skills of engagement, connection, group dynamics, eliciting states,
getting into your own "genius" presentation state, etc.

2) Training Skills:

These are the skills for facilitating and coaching learning, change,
transformation, incorporation of information, transfer of information, etc.
Given the experiential nature of NLP and Neuro-Semantics, these are the
skills that transfer knowledge and understanding so that it becomes
incorporated in the everyday beahvior of the learners.

3) Psychological Skills:

These are the skills behind and within the psychology of learning,
developing, and self-actualizing. So in the 3-day section of "The
Psychology of APG" you learn the developmental and cognitive-behavioral
psychology that informs APG. And knowing that allows you a depth and
profoundness of understanding in your presentations and enables you to adapt
and create new formats that fit your speciality.

4) Business Skills:

These are the skills necessary for marketing and selling oneself as a
training, for running a training business, starting a training center,
getting business contracts forworking inside corporations, etc.

Within Trainers' Training there is also another set of skills that you will
learn:

5) Community and Leadership Skills:

These are the skills for being a team player, being part of an international
community, developing leadership skills, finding one's passions, etc.
That's because we see Neuro-Semantics as not only a model, as content
information, as a business, but also as a community because we can do so
much more together than apart. And in Neuro-Semantics community is our
strategy for long-term success.

To achieve these objectives and to call together high caliber men and women
from many countries, cultures, races, religions, etc., the vision of our
Leadership Team is to create a Training for Trainers that focuses on being
visionary, congruent, professional, respectful, and collaborative
Trainers-men and women committed to finding their place in the community and
being a part of a movement. That in a nutshell is what NS/NLP TRAINERS
TRAINING is about.

Are you ready for this? If so, you can meet with us in Hong Kong in
January and June or you can take it in GJ Colorado - June 19-July 3.

The Colorado Adventure of NSTT

When?

We begin 9 am on June 19 and we end the evening of July 3 with the
Graduation Ceremony and Party.

Now the hours are long and intensive: 9 am to 9 pm. This is not for the
faint of heart or the uncommitted. Think of it as a leadership boot-camp!

Where? GJ Colorado ---

We will be in the conference center of Country Inn in my home town of GJ
(Grand Junction, Colorado) which is on the western slope (300 miles west of
Denver) on the backside of the Rocky Mountains.

This will make the training "residential" - meaning we
will all be at the same place giving us more after-hour conversations and
experiences.

Pre-requisites:

Certifications in NLP Prac. And Master Prac., and in Meta-States (the APG)
training.

Recommendation by a Neuro-Semantic Trainer: a Certified
NS Trainer has to write a letter of recommendation for you.

Investment: $3,500 USD or $1,750 for NLP Trainers
