Trainers Training

If you haven't heard we will be conducting Trainers' Training in Auckland New Zealand this year in August. Ignition is the sponsoring organization. If you would like an International Certification and Licensing for training NLP and Neuro-Semantics, this 14 day training will give you lots and lots of hands-on practice in presentation skills as you develop your public speaking and communicating competencies.

This year you will experience Accessing Personal Genius from a design standpoint so that you fully understand the psychology within the patterns and the structure of the program. And why is that important? So that you can truly access your own personal genius states for the things you do with full engagement and understand what you are doing when you facilitate the flow state and get people "in the zone" of mastery.

Self-Actualization Skills TrainingThis last week I got an email from someone who wanted to attend the Coaching Mastery program but not to become a coach, but to learn and develop the skills for self-actualizing. "Can I do that?" the person wrote and inquired. "Is it okay to come and learn the models and strategies of Meta-Coaching for my own self-actualization skills for myself and others?" Well as you can guess, I hesitated about that (!) for a whole second before I said, "That's a great idea! Why didn't I think of packaging it like?"
