NZ NS Update:

 

Good morning everyone and good afternoon for those of you reading this later
in the day.

 

With Christmas only days away and the New Year quickly following it I
thought I'd offer a quick update on what we've been doing here in NZ in the
last couple of months.

Thank you for those who have been asking where is the next issue of the
Training Mastery Series - this will be completed this week and sent out to
both egroups before the weekend. 

 

In the last 2 months Lena & I have run a total of 6 "in-house" 3 day
Self-Leadership trainings (APG) and delivered the 7 day NS Practitioner
training along with Conference keynote appearances and corporate trainings
in the space of this short 2 month period leading up to Christmas! (Michael
I'll forward you the numbers to deduct the manual royalty fee for these
trainings I think we exceeded our goal this year to certify 300+ people in
NS)

 

We are currently in the midst of working through a large modelling project
for a Government Department Contact Call Centre where they have contracted
us to model their highest performers. From this we will create a more
effective recruitment process for them than they currently have and make
appropriate changes to their 6 week induction training program to align with
what their high performers do. Modelling is the major focus for our Master
Practitioner training and this Government project is an exciting opportunity
to show what can be done using NS Modelling to improve corporate
performance.  

 

To say that we have been busy would be an understatement and at times Lena
and I have had to split up to complete simultaneous trainings in different
parts of the country.

 

To summarise, our NS Trainings have been growing and Lena has developed an
exceptional corporate sales & referral process for us to continue to build
NS in 2008.

 

We start the New Year with NS Master Practitioner (Jan 7th) followed by
another "in-house" Self-Leadership program & a public training that month
also. We are hosting NS Trainers Training again in August and the Meta-Coach
ACMC training in September are key NS highlights for 2008.

 

Sorry for the delay in not writing #5 in the Training Mastery Series - I do
have it on my list of 'to-do's" before the end of this week when we are
going missing till January 6th. We are off surfing the waves of the far
north over the festive New Year season.
