[geeklog-translations] Finnish translation for 1.3.9rc1

Hello,

I updated the finnish.php to get along the 1.3.9rc1. I followed the 
instructions and left the obsolete admin/word.php strings intact.

I uploaded zipped language file to geeklog.net, hopefully it would be 
available soon.

Shortly in finnish (for search engines):

Geeklog 1.3.9rc1 suomenkielinen kieli-tiedosto. Käännettynä 
uusimmasta kielitiedostosta suomenkielelle.
