We asked, and you responded.  The outpouring of donations for the 239+
refugee children stranded here in New York City has been awe-inspiring. So
many of you have been bringing in clothing, diapers and other goods today
that our office is overflowing, and the agencies working with the children
have told us they can no longer handle additional physical contributions.
We ask instead that you consider making a financial donation to the
non-profit organizations who are providing legal and social service support
to the refugee children in NYC:

The executive order which President Trump signed yesterday only partially
undoes the cruel policy his administration has implemented.  Immigrant
families are still being imprisoned and remain separated, and there is no
plan to reunite the hundreds of children who are now stranded in NYC with
their families. We must continue to protest and organize to end this
injustice.

A major day of action is being planned on June 30th, with events around the
