Land Use joint with Health & Human Services, Housing and Transportation Committees
Monday, November 20, 6:30 PM 
At Goddard Riverside Community Center, 
593 Columbus Avenue at 88th Street.

Joint Committees Discussion and Vote on the West 108th Street WSFSSH Development.

Application #C180112ZMM and C180114HAM to the Department of Housing Preservation & Development by West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing for:

1)    the disposition of property located at 103-107, 
137-143, and 151-159 West 108th Street to facilitate 
the development of affordable housing and community facility space; and

2)    a change in the zoning from R8B to R8A.

No public testimony will be taken at this meeting.
