[BwayDems] resolution on endorsements

The following resolution was approved by the voting members at our general
meeting on 3/2:

"Resolved: The Broadway Democrats will endorse only candidates who pledge
to caucus with the Democrats."

This includes local, state, and federal candidates. In particular, passage
of this resolution means that the club will NOT endorse state candidates
who caucus with the (so called) Independent Democratic Conference, which
for years has been complicit in maintaining Republican control of the NYS
Senate.
