streets or blocks? Join us at one of our 7 neighborhood assemblies where
you'll have a chance to make your voice heard. Please help us spread the

Dear Neighbors,

*The Office of Council Member Helen Rosenthal *would like to invite you to
our second *Participatory Budgeting (PB) Neighborhood Assembly.*  During
these assemblies, you can brainstorm ideas* on how to spend $1 million of
your district's discretionary funds. *These funds can be used for
improvements to schools, streets, parks, public housing and other community
spaces and on any other communal capital projects.
