Dear Neighbor,
As many of you are no doubt aware, a serious fire broke out early this morning at
the W 111th Street and Broadway CitiBank location.
I am relieved to tell you that the fire has now been subdued and that no serious
 injuries have been reported, and I want to thank the FDNY for their exemplary work
today. But there is much work left to be done to repair this neighborhood block.
Police have informed me that to keep the area safe, construction crews will need
 access to W 111th Street between Broadway and Riverside as soon as the fire trucks
have left. To make room for them, all cars parked on W 111th St between Broadway
 and Riverside will be towed if they are not moved. If your car is parked on that
block, please move it as soon as possible to avoid towing.
