Dear Neighbors, 

 

Attached please find my submitted testimony regarding the scope of the
Department of Health's draft Environmental Impact Statement on Jewish Home
Lifecare's proposal to build a new nursing home on West 97th Street. 

 

As many of you heard on September 17th, I continue to have serious
concerns about the potential effects of this large project and I hope that
the Department of Health will take these sentiments, as well as those of
the greater community, into account when evaluating this proposal.
