Remember to Vote in the General Election on Tuesday, November 5th! Polls
are open from 6am to 9pm. ON THE BALLOT OFFICES ·         Mayor ·
   Public
Advocate ·         Comptroller ·         Manhattan Borough President ·
City Council member for District 6 or 7 (depending where you live) ·
District Attorney ·         Justices of the Supreme Court ·         Judges
of the Civil Court-County ·         Judge of the Civil Court   2013 NYS
Ballot Proposals

In addition to the candidates, the ballot will also include several
proposals to amend specific provisions of the New York State
Constitution<http://www.dos.ny.gov/info/pdfs/Constitution.pdf> via
referenda.



The six proposals which will appear on the ballot on November 5, are:



*Proposal 1* – Authorizing Casino Gambling



*Proposal 2* – Additional Civil Service Credit for Veterans with
Disabilities Certified Post-Appointment



*Proposal 3* – Exclusion of Indebtedness Contracted for Sewage Facilities



*Proposal 4* – Settling Disputed Title in the Forest Preserve



*Proposal 5* – In Relation to a Land Exchange in the State Forest Preserve
with NYCO Minerals, Inc.



*Proposal 6* – Increasing Age until which Certain State Judges Can Serve
