[BwayDems] Further Request for Postponement

Dear All,

Yesterday I wrote to Audrey Weiner, CEO of Jewish Home Lifecare (JHL), and
Department of Health (DOH) Commissioner Shah requesting further
adjournment of the public scoping meeting. Both letters are attached for
your convenience. I believe JHL has an obligation to the community, as
well as the ability, to ask for a delay, and for that reason I felt it
necessary to call upon Ms. Weiner, in addition to DOH.
