Dear Neighbors,

 

As many of you may already know, I am sponsoring a Community Health Fair
this Saturday, August 17th, at the Grant Houses (LaSalle Street between
Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue)! The event will go from 11AM to 3PM. Free
information and screenings will be available, including for foot health,
blood pressure, HIV, and Hepatitis C.

 

You can find further information about the Health Fair in the attached
flyer. Please help spread the word to other community members you think
might benefit from the services!
