It is time to Spring into Action! Please join your club, the Broadway Democrats, at the annual Spring Fling on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Il Cibreo Restaurant, 2888 Broadway, between 112th and 113th Streets, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  We need your help so that we may continue to champion the Democratic agenda for justice and prosperity for all New Yorkers.
 
This year the Broadway Democrats will honor Assemblymember Daniel O’Donnell for his leadership on issues including same-sex marriage, community preservation, criminal justice, and his years of exemplary service to his community and his constituents.  He is always on the right side of the issues.  The Club will present the Ida and Jesse Frankel Community Services Award to the Hispanic Community Organization For Life, Inc.  for their commitment to Manhattan Valley’s physical and mental development through job fairs, GED programs and health fairs.
 
2012 promises to be a remarkable year for Democrats in New York State and around the country but we need to start now.  We hope that you will take this opportunity to contribute to the success of this event as:

Most importantly, a contribution on any level will allow the club to support Democratic candidates who stand up on our behalf and fight for our progressive agenda in Albany and Washington and who will move New York State and the nation forward.  We hope that you can attend our benefit which will support the upcoming work we will be doing on future campaigns and policy issues.
