don't do anything as an attachement. make it an e-mail letter and send it to Listserv <bwdupdates at broadwaydemocrats.org>. then, shane and/or i can just approve it to go through. don't do little imbedded graphics or pix; they don't survive well. p

(see attached document if you need it)

Dear Broadway Democrats Member,
At tonight’s general membership meeting, the club will vote to endorse in a number of upcoming races, including the race for Attorney General.  As many of you already know, I officially announced my campaign for AG last month, standing with some of the city’s great progressive leaders--Jerry Nadler, Bill deBlasio, Danny O’Donnell, Gale Brewer and many others.
I am running for Attorney General because I believe there is no higher calling than the pursuit of justice. Equal Justice regardless of race, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or identity; Independent Justice without regard to political or special interests; and Progressive Justice that takes an activist approach to protecting everyday New Yorkers.
But I can’t do this without you. Time and again, the Broadway Democrats have been a leader in providing critical support for progressive candidacies and ideals.
I am proud to have received your support in the past, and I hope that I can count on your support this year as I pursue the office of the Attorney General.  I look forward to telling you more about my vision for the office at tonight’s membership meeting, and am eager to hear from you about your thoughts and ideas for my campaign.
Sincerely,

Eric Schneiderman
