QCrypt 2016 conference registration is now open

Hi everyone,

Here are a few updates about QCrypt 2016:

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

Conference registration is now open! Early registration costs $350 for regular attendees, and $250 for students. To register online, go to: http://2016.qcrypt.net/conference-registration/

The deadline for early registration is July 22; after that, prices will increase.

POSTER SUBMISSIONS:

You can still submit posters to QCrypt, until July 1. The EasyChair submission system is currently closed, while the program committee reviews the first round of talks and posters. The EasyChair system will re-open for poster-only submissions from June 24 to July 1.

HOTEL ROOMS:

Please book your hotel room early! September is a busy season for tourism in Washington DC, and hotel rooms can be expensive.

If you book your room before July 5, you can get reduced rates at some hotels, by mentioning QCrypt. For more information, go to: http://2016.qcrypt.net/accommodation/

STUDENT TRAVEL FUNDING:

QCrypt has funding to support students who wish to attend the conference, and lack other means of support. If you would like to apply for funding, go here: http://2016.qcrypt.net/student-travel-support/

Applications are due on July 1.
