LIFE CHANGING TRAININGS 

IN HONG KONG

Geraldine and I are going to end 2025 with two really significant trainings
in Hong Kong and we'd love to have you join us.  

 

           Group & Team Meta-Coaching (GTMC)

This 4-day training introduces how to do high quality Meta-Coaching with a
group or a team.   You will learn how to interface the individual dynamics
of group members with the group dynamics which are present whenever people
come together so that people can collaborate for the great good and create
together what they cannot achieve alone.  Bringing people together to work
effectively as a team is one of the ultimate challenges of a managerial
leader.  It is not easy, but it is quite doable-if you have the skills.
There are 9 group coaching skills and a total of 18 kinds of conversations
to manage.

 

In "the assessments" you can watch how a Meta-Coach works with a team to
achieve one of a dozen different objectives.  Many learn more in watching
actual group coaching! GTMC is a Certification Training.  Qualified
Meta-Coaches can sit for assessment to see if they can integrate the
group-and-team coaching skills and reach the benchmarks.

           The 5-Minute Manager

This 4-day training is designed primarily for managers- people who manage
other people, who work with and through people to achieve their outcomes.
As the very first time for this training to be presented, it is designed to
enable a manager to do problem-solving with those who report to him or her
quickly.  You will learn a six-step method for hearing the hidden meaning
behind a problem, how to ask questions to hone in on the problem and how to
create a critical question that enables one to solve the problem.

 

Unlike a Professional Coach who focuses in on what a person wants to achieve
as an outcome, the Professional Manager focuses in on solving problems- on
dealing with what is in the way of high quality performance.
