Since the key differences between Coaching and Therapy are:
Remedial change <—> Generative change
Hurts, traumas <—> Hopes, dreams, goals

How will this be helpful to you in your practice?
 
Since there are 9 coachability factors (p 33 ACMC),  how will you use those when you invite someone to coaching?
 
The therapy client wants peace and the removal of something that creates pain. Do you understand why challenging can make things worse?
 
The NLP and Neuro-Semantic models view personality as states, not types.  This means that people can change their personalities and are not stuck.  How well do  you know this and operate from this perspective?
