WE NEED YOUR HELP IN DECIDING
The leadership team met today and our primary conversation was about
Neuro-Semantic Trainers' Training (NSTT). We put it off from Oct. 2020 to
Oct. 2021 --- which is now six months away, and we are deliberating about
what to do. Should we push forward or would it be wiser to put it off a few
more months?
Factors in the decisions are --
. How open will the airlines and countries be for travel? Flights
are now operating in Egypt generally, but may not be from your country. Or
it may be open by October.
. How ready and willing are you to travel this year? We know this
also depends on the speed in which your country will be getting the
vaccinations out.
. How is the economy in your country? Some are doing fine, others are
experiencing some significant financial stresses.
We talked today about both pushing forward to have it in October this year
and also the possibly of scheduling it for Feb. or March 2022.
Here's our question for you --- if you are planning to attend NSTT, what are
your thoughts and preferences? If you know people, perhaps people you have
influenced to attend, what do you think? If you have been talking about
NSTT at chapter meetings or other zoom meetings in your Institute, what do
you think?

Tarek has scheduled the hotel in Egypt for the next NSTT and there are many
people now paying on a payment plan (over a year) so that it eases the
financial strain.

Making smart decisions is not easy--- many, many cognitive biases work
against us and it is far too easy to default to pseudo-decisions: emotions,
gut feelings, intuitions, circumstances, others.
Executive Decisions (2021) offers a way to decide intelligently and wisely.
