I just received a notice from www.amazon.com for the new book on
Collaborative Leadership. A few days ago Crown House Publications let us
know that they had printed the book and would be shipping copies to me. I
am expecting to have them available in mid-November. I complained about the
cover, I wanted more color in it and I wanted a picture of people working
together, not the picture that they put on it. But I don't always get what
I want! Such is life on this planet.

But not of that really matters--- what matters is the magical state of mind
and the set of skills for working together collaboratively. What matters is
being able to lead that! It is a rare and wonderful skill.

So in about 30 days or so there will be books available from Neuro-Semantic
Publications (NSP). Currently there are books available from Crown House
Publications (www.crownhouse.co.uk).

I wrote the text in collaboration with Ian McDermott who runs the largest
NLP Training Center in the world . in London. Working with Ian was a
delightful experience, the collaboration took 4 years. I think that's the
longest time for putting a book together. While I can work faster than that
alone, I cannot bring the richness that occurred when we put our heads
together and brought experiences and resources from many diverse areas.

And the hidden influence is the book is that of Shelle Rose Charvet. In
fact, she started the idea and then had to step aside for health reasons.
Anyway, leadership is one thing . tough enough. But Collaborative
Leadership --- now that is the Ultimate Leadership Challenge! Up for a
challenge? Want a challenge that will test your humanity and your spirit?
Try collaboration . try collaborating with others as a leader!

Not yet available.
