Re: Group and Team Coaching
7 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
GROUP & TEAM COACHING
TRAINING
If you are a Leader, a Consultant, a Manager, a Trainer, a Meta-Coach or if
you are a person who works with groups of people in some other role then
there are some very important reasons why you should attend the new
Neuro-Semantic Training on Group and Team Coaching.
1) Discover how to manage a Future which will be characterized by Groups.
The day of the Lone Ranger Leader is over. Actually, it has been over for a
long time. The primitive idea of the "strong man" military leader telling
people what to think, what to do, how to shape up, etc. does not fit the
twenty-first century. Already leading companies are eliminating management
levels and turning over manage to teams- self-managing teams.
2) Learn how to Provide the Guidance that Groups Need.
We are a social species, we always have been, and the greatest inventions
have always occurred in groups. Creativity and innovation occurs best in
groups where diversity is embraced and utilized. But, and this is a big
but, most groups leash this power and do not know how to unleash it. That's
where you come in!
3) Develop the Skills to Handle Group Dysfunctions.
Most groups (boards, committees, project groups, meetings, etc.) do not know
how to tap into and release their potentials. Most are dysfunctional.
Groups have the potential be smarter than the most intelligent persons in
the group; but groups can also dumb down the intelligence of the group
members. Groups can suffer from groupthink, dogmatism, ingrown turf
protection of the status quo, etc.
4) Discover How to Unleash People's Best Potentials within a Healthy Group.
When a group taps into the governing group dynamics that frees people to be
more creative, innovative, and passionate about a vision- that group can
become a "home" for the unleashing of individual potentials. But it takes
skillful leadership to facilitate such.
5) Lead and Manage People's Extended Consciousness in a Group.
When a group is well lead and managed, the people in the group can
experience higher level experiences- they can think together, they can learn
together, they can create together, they can decide together, and they can
perform together as a team. When this comes together in a company, that
company generally zooms ahead in their industry and becomes great company
and an industry leader.
6) Develop the Skills for Leading a Group in Productive Conflict.
The differences that can make a group a dynamic creative team can also
create hellish misery and torment. What's required is an informed and
skilled leader who can facilitate effective ground rules and co-invent with
everyone a supportive culture for the group to work within.
7) Develop the Competence for being a Collaborative Leader.
The ultimate in leadership is collaborative leadership- leading with others.
Such co-leading is best learned in the context of group.
And then there is the issue of group and social dynamics. Groups work by a
different set of dynamics (energies, mechanisms) than do individuals. The
person who does not understand these group dynamics and social dynamics will
have a near-impossible chance of understanding how "groups of people" work
and how to influence them to bring out their best.
Don't Miss Your Chance!
>From the foundations of Neuro-Semantics and the Meta-Coaching System, we
have now systemized the next level of leading, coaching, and facilitating-
Group & Team Coaching. We have also benchmarked the dozens of skills and
created a process by which you can step up to this next level. The
credentials are GTMC - a Licensed Group & Team Meta-Coach.
In 2016 this new training will be delivered 3 times and 3 times only in
2016- and on 3 continents. So if you miss this - you will be missing an
opportunity of a lifetime.

CONTENT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRAINING
The first 3 days introduces the core content information of Group and Team
Coaching and gives you a dozen or more experiences in small groups. Here
you get to understand and experience group processes, group dynamics, and
group challenges. If you are not up for the full 6 or 7 days training, then
come to the first 3 days for an in-depth Introduction to Group Dynamics and
Group Coaching.
The next 3 or 4 days enables you to see all of the core processes come
together into a Group Coaching Session. This is the Assessment process.
Watch a group coach actually coach/ facilitate the group. In the
psycho-drama that you can watch on the stage or be a part of as a member of
the group- you will watch a Group Coach handle a particular and common group
challenge. The Group Coach will not know which of 10 group challenges he or
she will have to handle- part of the drama of that moment or what roles the
group members will be asked to play.
Afterwards you will hear sensory-based feedback about each of the 9 Group
Coaching Skills given and recommendations about how to handle that kind of a
situation next time. Many watch this with the feedback form in hand
-learning to see the group dynamics at work and considering what they would
do in that situation. It's always a great learning experience.
Now if you are a licensed Meta-Coach (ACMC) you could be one of the Group
Coaches doing the Assessment during the last 3 or 4 days. This is the
prerequisite for having the opportunity to be the Group Coach on the stage
being challenged with the group challenge. With success at this, and all
ACMC coaches who did this in the last training in China succeeded in
reaching the benchmarks, you receive the credentials GTMC.
