Joseph here,

The following is an international & National (Australian) Call for Meta-Coaches!

Due to current and future expansion opportunities we would like to connect with Coaches- Potential Coaches in readiness for coaching with The Coaching Room in both our Corporate and Domestic markets.

We are looking for:

Experienced Coaches that are in good standing with MCF and ISNS.
Coaches that are based in Australia for face to face work and international coaches with access to video Skype facilities, particularly for the USA and Australia.

We will require from each coach that they are:

Currently active as Coaches and can provide x3 references of clients- (either corporate or Domestic).
Express your delivery preference either domestic (general public) or Corporate or both.

Fees to you as coach will range from $150-450 AU$ per session (typically 1 hour)
You will need your own & countries business registration number for tax and invoicing purposes ( we will be offering work as a contractor only)
All invoicing will be processed by The Coaching Room's centralised accounts team to customer and available for you to send your invoices to.

Our typical engagement period per coachee (contract is 3 months-6 months or x6 to 12 coaching session)

We currently have around 10 active coaches and are looking to acquire the services of no more that an additional 20 coaches.


Qualifications:

You must be a Meta-Coach in good standing- please amend your standing to good before contacting us.
Measurable and genuine capacity to 2.5 on the Meta-Coach standards required. (we will require you to deliver a live 20 minute benchmarked coaching session over video skype to a Coaching Room director (coachee) prior to any engagement being offered.
