 From Michael's recent trip to the 2013 NLP conference in London, his opening keynote included a power point presentation (see his 11/20/13 email) which challenges us to ask ourselves how we can be our best, become leaders in the field. Below are some of the points that I stole…borrowed from his presentation.
 The question “If not you , who?” from Maslow's work was a one of the focal point in the presentation. This concept is crucial in our quest to become more “Self Actualized”, to become GREAT Leaders in the field.
 “If not you, who?” 
 So If --- 
                THE LEADERSHIP IS UP TO US
                                                     this raises some important questions-
 }  Where are we going?
 }  How are we planning to get there?
 }  What are we doing to get there?
 }  “If you deliberately plan to be less than you are capable of being, I warn you that you will be deeply unhappy for the rest of your life. You will be evading your own capacities, your own possibilities.”
