Well, we did it!   We graduated 62 brand new Neuro-Semantic NLP Trainers as
you can see from the above picture.   In that picture you can also see the
13 of us on the Training and the Assist Team.  Then below is another picture
of the Training and Assist Team.  NSTT was our largest in terms of numbers
and the most complex --- translation into both Cantanese and Mandrin.  The
62 participants came from 18 different countries from all around the globe
and they came for a boot-camp experience of 15 very, very intense days.
During those 15 days, and for the Team 17 days, we were esconsced on top of
a mountaiin right in Hong Kong --- well, in the New Territories, up at
Hilltop Country Club.

 

Now while the location was certainly not a 5-star hotel, the quality of the
program was.  And that's due to the quality of the people who came, the
quality of the trainers, the 5 Master Trainers, and the quality of the
content.   That's because Neuro-Semantic NLP is the Premier Training program
for NLP Trainers in the world and this is testified to by NLP Trainers year
after year.  And that's because of our vision--- to Take NLP to a higher
level ethically and professionally.

 

Something very special happened this year as two of the Co-Trainers reached
the competency level to become certified as Master Trainers, David Murphy
from Mexico and Lena Gray from New Zealand  and some others in the Master
Trainer track are fast on their heels.  Now the "Master Trainer" designation
is not something that a person can buy or get through tenor.  It's not a
matter of how long you hang around, come to the trainings, have a personal
relationship with the leaders, or how much money you spend.  It is a matter
of skill.  And we can boast that while most NLP Trainers cannot meet the
criteria for the 2.5 level (which is required), they cannot even get clsoe
to the 3.0 level of Master Trainer.

 

Next year we take NSTT to Brazil--- to Rio de Janeiro (July 19-August 2) and
in 2015 to Mexico.  There are artciles on  <http://www.neurosemantics.com>
