coaching a group or a team is exponentially more complex than coaching
individuals.  It's a challenge and an adventure, and can be an exciting,

training is about, the how of group and team coaching.

individual or two individuals, multiple that by eight or twenty or a hundred

Group coaching involves group dynamics and so principles of sociology and
anthropology in addition to individual psychology.  Group coaching requires
people learning to get along well with other people and so the social
skills, emotional intelligence, and the skills of collaboration.  All of

The skills required for a Group and Team Coach includes all of those for the
individual coach and then additional new skills and so involves additional
Coaching Conversations beyond the five fundamental Coaching Conversations
for individual coaching.

Question: Is Coaching a group the same thing as coaching an individual
except there's more than one person?  Answer: No.  Moving from coaching
individuals to coaching groups means you now have on your hands the
challenge of calibrating, understanding, and dealing with many more persons,
and all at once.  This is a challenge!  In addition to dealing with the
psychological dynamics of individuals, you  also have to deal with group
dynamics.  Now you have to work with more layers of systems and the multiple
groups that each individual belongs to.  While it is not easy, it can be
extremely rewarding when done well.

effective, creative, and productive than alone or with just a few talented

Second, The Source Book of Magic - Volume II

 



 

 

If Richard Bandler was right and NLP is an attitude backed up by a
methodology (modeling) which leaves a trail of techniques, then the two
volumes of The Source Book of Magic is a collection of that trail of
techniques.

 

In 1997 I began gathering all of the core or essential NLP patterns that
seemed prominent in the field.  The final result became the content of what
is now the first volume of The Source Book of Magic.  Because the
Meta-States Model was recognized and acknowledged in 1995, I included a few
basic Meta-State patterns in Volume I.  But just a few.  The result was the
basic 77 NLP patterns of the first volume.

 

Now for Volume II - this has 143 NLP patterns and they are all Meta-Stating
Patterns that distinguishes Neuro-Semantic NLP.  I first created Volume II
in 2004, updated it in 2008, and for years have wanted to put it into a book
format.  Finally that has happened.
