thank you for your registration. 

 

As the conference is just round the corner we would like to bring your
attention to few pertinent points as follows:

.

 

1. Registration

Conference Registration will be held on 20th June 2013 from 1.00 pm until
6.00 p.m. in the hotel lobby and on conference days outside the Rebana Rooms
i.e the Main Conference Halls. We shall put the signage in the hotel lobby.

You will be given your conference kits during the registration.

All payments must be settled before the conference pack is handed over to
you.

 

2. Conference Keynotes.

All keynotes will be conducted in the Main Halls i.e Rebana Room. It will be
free seating for all.

 

3. Conference Workshops.

There will be 3 concurrent workshops running simultaneously. We are
attaching the workshop schedule  your herewith for your attention.

If you have any preference for any particular workshop please email us back
the attached form before 7th June 2013. We need the booking to serve as
indication to adjust the room size accordingly.

 

4. Tea Breaks and Lunches.

There will be one and 2 tea breaks daily provided for as part of the
conference package. This is Malaysian style conference and a bit different
from US/Europe/Hongkong/Australia. We are working with the Hotel to provide
some international menu for the lunch. It will be a buffet style.

 

5. Souvenier Items.

We are working on souvenier items such as T-Shirt and coffee mugs. However
the number is very limited i.e. about 1/3 of the participants number. You
may book earlier to avoid disappointment. T-Shirt is for MYR70  and the mug
is MYR30. We are still working on the design.

 

 

6. Accomodation

We highly recommend you to stay is Shah Alam areas and NOT Kuala Lumpur city
centre to avoid early morning traiffic congestion. If you do not want to
stay at Grand Blue Wave Hotel, there are many other hotels/accomodation
available: Concorde Hotel (5*); Quality Hotel (3*), UiTM Hotel, Intekma
Resort, Carlton Holidays,  Goodhope Hotel, DePalma Inn, and many more budget
hotels.

 

I hope the above information is adequate. Should you need more information,
