Summary of structure for the ISNS School Project.

The curriculum consists of 40 lessons. The lessons are being developed in 3 stages, the first stage of 8 lessons are based on the NLP Communication Model or Module 1 (Coaching Essentials) this has been completed and is currently in the review process after having been sent to Michael.  The second and third phase of lessons are based on Accessing Personal Genius or Module 2 (Coaching Genius).  The first half of these will be done by the end of August and the remainder of the lessons will be completed by the end of November.  All of these lessons will be benchmarked. The benchmarks are currently being created. The curriculum is designed to be a 1 hour lesson per week, each week of the school year for all the Grades 1 through 12 (this covers children form the ages 6-18).

Teachers training for the pilot project will take place in November, in South Africa.  The training that the teachers will under go is Module 1 and 2 as well as, an introductory workshop in the application of the ISNS School Project curriculum.

The Pilot project will be launched in South Africa in 2012.  This will include a research project and regular feedback sessions with the teachers.

In my next email I will send some information on the research project that will be part pilot project.
