NEURO-SEMANTIC NLP TRAINERS' TRAINING
Colorado - 2010
Every year - somewhere in the world- we offer Trainers' Training and the
training is to become licensed as a NLP and Neuro-Semantic Trainer under the
auspices of an International Association --- the ISNS.
As the field and community of Neuro-Semantics continues to evolve over the
years, so has the way we train trainers and leaders. During the first years
my intent was simply to add to and enrich the NLP model. After that I,
along with some others, began wanting to take NLP to the next level of
quality, professionalism, and living out the values that we have made part
and parcel of the Neuro-Semantic Vision.
At the same time we wanted to be sure not to make the same mistakes that now
plague the field of NLP. So in 2004 we began applying some of the newer
Neuro-Semantic models to the training of trainers and leaders as we began
benchmarking the skills of public speaking (platform skills) and training.
Why? To create a measurable and precise testing for competency in these
skills.
In 2007 with the studies in Self-Actualization and the discovery of the
secret history of NLP, our focus increasingly became that of facilitating
the unleashing of potentials. Then in 2008 I introduced the background
knowledge for the flagship of the Meta-States Model, The Psychology of APG.
Today NSTT is becoming of age as a premier Trainers' Training --- producing
highly qualified men and women to train and certify NLP as well as the
Self-Actualization Trainings of Neuro-Semantics.
NSTT for Trainers' Training essentially involves four areas of expertise:
1) Platform Skills: the skills of standing before an audience to speak and
train. This includes skills of engagement, connection, group dynamics,
eliciting states, getting into your own "genius" presentation state, etc.
2) Training Skills: the skills for facilitating and coaching learning,
change, transformation, incorporation of information, transfer of
information, etc. Specifically the art of training NLP practitioner and
master practitioner and APG (Accessing Personal Genius).
3) Business Skills: the skills necessary for marketing and selling oneself
as a training, for running a training business, starting a training center,
working inside corporations, etc.
4) Community and Leadership Skills: The skills for being a team player,
being part of an international community, developing leadership skills,
finding one's passions, etc. That's because we see Neuro-Semantics as not
only a model, as content information, as a business, but also as a community
because we can do so much more together than apart.
To achieve these objectives and to call together high caliber men and women
from many countries, cultures, races, religions, etc., my vision is to
create a Training for Trainers that focuses on being visionary, congruent,
professional, respectful, and collaborative Trainers -men and women
committed to finding their place in the community and being a part of a
movement. That in a nutshell is what NS/NLP TRAINERS TRAINING is about.
We began this year by conducting NSTT in Hong Kong and will complete that
training June 4-10. Then immediately in Grand Junction Colorado there will
be another NSTT. This International Training will take place at the
Country Inn in Grand Junction Colorado (1/2 mile from the airport) and will
be conducted by myself, Colin Cox, and Omar Salom -as well as Lena Gray and
some other Neuro-Semantic Trainers.
When? June 19--- July 3 (with 1 day off in the middle)
The hours are long and intensive: 9 am to 9 pm.
This training is not for the faint of heart or the uncommitted.
Think of it as a leadership boot-camp.
Where? Grand Junction Colorado
At the Country Inn hotel and Conference Center.
It is one mile from the airport (Walker Field) that flies into Western
Colorado from five major cities.
Because this training is a residential training, this enables participants
to live and work together during these two very intense weeks and giving us
more after-hour conversations and experiences. We have a special group rate
at the Country Inn.
Pre-requisites:
Certifications in NLP Prac. and Master Prac., in APG (for Meta-States
Certification).
Recommended by a Neuro-Semantic Trainer: a Certified NS Trainer has to write
a letter of recommendation for you.
Investment:
The investment is $2,000 to $4,000 under most Trainers' Trainings
Why? Because this is not so much a business as it is an International
Association of people
who share a Vision of empowering people with these tools.
Early bird prices also available and to encourage NLP Certified Trainers,
the cost is 50% of the fee.
