I have the unique privilege of sponsoring a very special training in August
2009 here in Colorado. It follows the Trainers Training in August (August
7-8) and focuses on the Mastery Pathway.
Colin Cox is the presenter and rightly so--- he competed in the Strong Man
contexts and several times was New Zealand Strongest Man and later when he
entered the field of self-development, accelerated learning, and
Neuro-Semantics, he was the first person to reach the level of "Master
Trainer." So do you think he knows something about the pathway to mastery
in a couple of areas? And would you like to learn some of his secrets?
Also for those of you asking, I have attached a Registration Form for all of
the Colorado Trainings in June for Meta-Coaching and July-August for
Trainers' Training.
PATHWAY TO MASTERY
For 2 full days in Colorado this August, you will have a unique opportunity
to learn directly from Colin Cox of Auckland New Zealand the key principles
of mastery that has lead him to be recognized as a Neuro-Semantic Master
Trainer. If you are ambitious about extending yourself as a trainer or
coach or feel you have become stagnant in your training delivery, these 2
days will inspire and guide you to pursue a new level of expertise and
competency. If you wish to begin the pathway to become a certified NS
Master Trainer then this training will be the perfect head start you need to
begin that pathway.
. Would you like to develop the understandings and
skills to facilitate your journey on the pathway of mastery?
. Do you want to achieve the level of both the attitude
and aptitude which will define you as a Neuro-Semantic Master Trainer?
. Are you willing to be stretched beyond your
Neuro-Semantic Trainers training and Coaching Mastery (Module III) take the
next step?
. Are you curious about what it takes to coach anybody
and gain mastery of the field of training?
. Would you like an opportunity to learn what is
required of you to go to the next level as a Trainer?
. Would you like a head start to effectively pursue the
next level of training excellence as a Trainer or Coach?
The Purpose of this training:
First, mastery. To equip you in developing your skills and attitude for
mastery in any given area and how to develop competency at that level. In
either sports, business, leadership, art or education, each profession has
those who have mastered their respective field and lead the field as a
result of their pursuit of mastery.
Second, the mastery trainer track. To equip Neuro-Semantic Trainers who
want to pursue the Neuro-Semantic Master Trainer Certification for raising
your level excellence in training delivery, platform skills, and keynote
presentations.
Content:
. The 4 Mastery Quadrants
. What mastery is NOT!
. Keys of bridging the gap between trainer and master
trainer
. Application and Self-Assessment
. The 5 Staircase stages of learning and Unlearning
. Competition or Contribution?
. Modeling mastery project
. Meta-State construct of Training Mastery
. It's the small things that matter!
. Masterful use of accelerated learning techniques
