[Neurons] Clarification about Coaching "Modules" and Meta-Coaching

A couple of days ago Jennifer Des-Fountain in Johannesburg, South Africa
sent out an advertisement on some of her coaching programs.  Yet because of
the use of the terminology "Modules" there has been some confusion.  This is
my attempt to clarify it.

 

Jenny is a licensed Neuro-Semantic trainer and two of her programs are
within the Meta-Coach Training System.  She conducts and certifies Modules I
(Coaching Essentials, NLP) and Module II (Coaching Genius, Meta-States,
APG).  So these two trainings is indeed part of the Meta-Coach training and
certification and qualifies one for the next level, Coaching Mastery.

 

One of her other modules is the NLP Practitioner, which in Neuro-Semantics
we call Meta-NLP because we fully integrate the Meta-States model into that
course, and that one is also under the auspices of the ISNS and qualifies.
But the other modules involve techniques and patterns unique to Jenny and
not a part of the Meta-Coach Training System.

In the Meta-Coach Training System, Module III is called Coaching Mastery and
it is the coaching bootcamp experience that leads to the ACMC credentials.
The only people qualified to train and certify Module III of Coaching
mastery are the Meta-Coach Trainers ---

and later this year 5 others will be qualified as Meta-Coach Trainers.
