Subject: Meta Kolb for skills development in sport

One of the areas I specialise in is sport, and I have been struggling to
find a way to help athletes learn from their feedback more effectively. I
asked the question how can we improve the situation where an athlete
passively sits through a review session and repeats the same mistakes a week
later? This article is a description of the answer to this question which
can be summarised as follows: Applying Meta-Sates and the VAK model to
Kolb's adult learning theory and applying that to skills development in
sports.

Feedback most welcome, thank you to Mike Cooper, Brand Coetzee, Lloyd
Chapman, Paddy Upton and Neville Wright for providing me with feedback when
constructing this article.

Tim
