[Neurons] Stuttering vs. Nail Biting

Thanks for the message, Dr. Bob. This was quite enlightening.

After reading Roddy's account, I instantly felt a connection to my
unbearably annoying nail-biting habit. I've run a billion (OK, slightly
exaggerating) swish patterns without success and haven't really know where
to turn.

Roddy's strategy for overcoming stuttering makes sense to me and I'll be
giving it a shot to put nail-biting behind. Out of curiosity, does anyone
recommend a neuro-semantic pattern to achieve that quickly?

Regards,

Martin
