Hi all,

I'm trying to sort out the difference between a belief and a frame. Let me
see if I get it and help me correct any misperception...

A frame is a more generic concept than a belief. A belief, within the Matrix
Model, is simply a frame of reference. When conditioned, it becomes a frame
of mind. Then, clusters of beliefs form frameworks, which are models within
which we operate.

Does that feel accurate to you?

Would NLP be considered a framework?

All the best,

Martin
