Dear All,

DUUUUUHHH! So obvious, its probably why i missed it for sooo long- i may
even be the last person in NS to realise this (hey if I am, well, thats an
achievement, isn't it...)

I'll keep this short- This realisation came to me when delivering my 2nd
Corporate APG, although, at the time I'd let is slip by like many thoughts i
have. Then recently whilst coaching some Leaders through the APG patterns,
it came back, and I managed to see it this time ;-p

I'm running a coachee through the Dragon Slaying pattern (not the first time
i've done this) we have a great session, transformational change occurs (I
know nothing new there) then it dawns on me again, what are these Dragons
'actually doing'? 

Interested? I was/ am... They are guarding something, (yeah we all know
that) Yet, I have got to be the first to admit, I never really fully
realised what. They are guarding our greatest and most valuable treasures...
OUR POTENTIAL to be the best we can be, to be fully ourselves. And worst of
all, my, your clients and your dragons are guarding it from YOU!

So from this realisation in the coaching, I started to 'count' with the
client what treasure we had uncovered, and its actual value... the coaching
went on for a further hour, it was a truly humbling experience, watching
another human being, free themselves, and unleash immense change and
potential. (The coachee has booked 12 new session, dedicated exclusively to
'Dragon Slaying and Treasure Hunting'

That, by the way, is the title of the new coaching program I'm creating for
the corporate market now that I can see the treasure within this fantastic
pattern. ;-p

I wonder what other NS treasures are staring us in the face, yet, the glint
of their value hasn't quite caught our eye?

So, If your are ready to grow, ready to play, whats the day? It must at
least be 'Dragon Slay'
