Hello

I recently read a book by Otto Scharmer called "Theory U - Leading from the
future as it emerges - the social technology of Presencing". Dr. C. Otto
Scharmer is a Senior Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
and the founding chair of ELIAS (Emerging Leaders for Innovation Across
Sectors), an initiative focused on developing profound system innovations
for a more sustainable world.

I think the book is excellent and I'm now doing a 6 week on-line video
conferencing course with Otto. There are quite a few leadership coaches and
change facilitators on the course - 75 of us altogether from 13 countries
around the globe..fascinating!! Have you come across this work? If not, I
recommend it. You can download an executive summary of the book from the
website:

All the best,
