[geeklog-translations] Anyone familiar with Russian?

I noticed that the Russian language file is missing the $LANG_CHARSET
declaration. Can somebody familiar with Russian / Cyrillic please check
the Russian language file installed on geeklog.net and tell me if it
displays correctly?

I chose the iso-8859-5 character set, but I wouldn't be able to tell the
difference from, say, Windows-1251 ...
