[geeklog-translations] Help with language file

Actually, you can change the menu titles from within the Administrator interface. 
That is also true for any static pages or/and custom blocks that you maybe want to create.

as far it concerns the language file, you *must* translate the english.php that is located
in the language/ directory. You could also translate the static pages plugin form english
to japanese. Be sure, to use the Japanese ISO charset (ISO-2022-JP i think). I am not familiar with 
the charsets of your language, but i suggest you use the most formal one to do the job. 

If you want your users to read/write japanese you only need to translate english.php to japanese. If you are
short on time right now, you can only translate the menu of the users in english.php and not the administrating interface.
Make sure, you do not alter the literal string sings ( " ) in the language file for the geeklog will not work normally.
