[geeklog-modules] Forum Plugin 2.3RC4 released

I have just released the latest beta of the forum version 2.3. This is RC4 and contains bug fixes, improved localization support and support for 1.3.9 and the COM_email function.

More details on the over 20 bug fixes can be found in updated forum topics on my site.

I will update geeklog.net in a day or so.
