[geeklog-modules] Forum Version 2.3RC3 released

I've been releasing updated development candidates of the 2.3 version on my site www.portalparts.com for the past 2 weeks as I get the new version ready. I've had good testing participation by my site members - thanks :)

I now have Release Candidate 3 and hopefully the final release before the general distribtion of 2.3 is made available. The more testing I can get done over the next week the better. I plan on releasing it next Friday.

I have details on my site regarding the new features and fixes. Additionally the install_doc in the archive has a more complete list and details on upgrading and customizations.

I will include any updated language file in the new distribtion that are forwarded to me before next Friday.
