I've had good testing participation by my site members - thanks :) I now have Release Candidate 3 and hopefully the final release before the general distribtion of 2.3 is made available. The more testing I can get done over the next week the better. I plan on releasing it next Friday. I have details on my site regarding the new features and fixes. Additionally the install_doc in the archive has a more complete list and details on upgrading and customizations.
